'The Frontier' at Pioneer Junction
‘The Frontier at Pioneer Junction’ is a new residential neighbourhood made up of 80 units. The three distinct building types are comprised of 2-bedroom condo’s, 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes as well as duplex units. The architectural design reflects a pioneer look and feel and is complimented with heritage colour themes. All of the homes feature geo-source heating and cooling as well as propane gas. A complete appliance package including gas cook-top range and in home washer and dryer are standard. Hot water is provided using the latest ‘On-Demand’ hot water system. Construction began in November of 2003 and was completed in September 2005. Final phase units are available.
Condominiums
There are 36 condominium suites in total. The condos are arranged in 3 buildings with 12 suites in each building (6 lower and 6 upper suites). Each suite features a main front entrance as well as a rear entry from the private patio area, which is complete with a gas hook up for your barbecuing pleasure. Covered parking is provided beneath the building and has room for two vehicles. The suites are 784 square feet.
Townhomes
The townhome buildings contain 2 and 3 bedroom homes, each building has four units. There are 8 townhome buildings in the development. The 1084 sq.ft., 2 bedroom townhome features a spacious patio at the back and a one car garage beneath the living space. The 1361 sq. ft., 3 bedroom townhome features spacious living area’s, a large corner patio and a 2 car garage.
Duplexes
There are two styles to choose from. Our ‘C’ style duplex has 3 bedrooms and den totalling 1530 sq.ft. The home features a spacious corner patio and large 2 car garage. The ‘D’ style duplex features 3 bedrooms, den and a recreation room. There is a large corner patio for your entertaining pleasure and a large 2 car garage.
